FEARLESS THRU CHRIST

About Us

A Letter from Our Founder

Reviving Leaders Collective was born out both heartbreak and hope. As a social worker, chaplain, and mental health advocate, I’ve always been passionate about standing in the gap for the vulnerable.

While completing an internship at a juvenile detention center, I met youth whose lives had been shaped by systemic inequities, poverty, and a lack of access to resources long before they ever entered the justice system. I saw the emotional and psychological weight they carried (fear, shame, and abandonment) but also witnessed untapped potential, resilience, and the desire to break free from cycles designed to hold them back.

That experience changed me. I realized that our youth don’t just need intervention, they need opportunity. They need support, mentorship, and someone to believe in them beyond their circumstances.

That realization became the foundation for Reviving Leaders Collective. RLC exists to empower justice-impacted and system-impacted youth through reentry support, mentorship, and leadership development. Our mission is not only to reduce recidivism but to revive purpose and restore hope.

As a woman of faith with a background in both clinical care and ministry, my heart beats for this intersection of advocacy, justice, and healing. RLC was founded to be a place where underserved youth can rise, not just out of the system, but into purpose-driven lives that transform their communities.

With Purpose and Hope, Reviving Leaders Collective was born.
