Your support helps fund reentry services, mentoring, life skills development,
and stabilization support for justice-impacted youth ages 13–18.
Donations directly support Rise & Reclaim cohorts, transportation assistance,
program materials, and trusted adult support during a critical transition
period.
If you are a probation officer, school counselor, case manager,
parent, or community partner, you may refer a youth for
Rise & Reclaim reentry support.
Referrals are reviewed on a rolling basis and prioritize youth ages 13-18 who are recently released, preparing for release, or navigating early reentry.
Every gift matters because every young person matters. Your donation isn’t just money, it’s hope, dignity, and a second chance. When you give to Reviving Leaders Collective, you’re standing in the gap for justice-impacted youth who deserve more than labels and limitations. You are fueling mentorship, leadership development, reentry support, and bond assistance that removes barriers and opens doors to brighter futures.
Your generosity makes it possible for a young person to feel seen, valued, and equipped to reclaim their story. You’re not just donating, you’re investing in lives, families, and communities being restored.
Together, we can Revive Hope, Restore Purpose, and Raise Leaders.
